Badseed and I plan to come for the dinner. We will be arriving in the afternoon and staying until after dinner. Will plan to bring some addition to the great line up of food.  Looking forward to seeing everyone.

We're booked for 171, but can't make it until Saturday morning with school and work schedules.  We will be staying until Monday (digesting all of the goodies from Saturday).

we just booked site 141 for sat- we too had a lot of trouble with doing on-line reservation so we ended up making it on the phone & trusting that the phone rep won't go on a  spending spree with credit card number  - don't know what we are bringing yet- usually do pumpkin, corn & cranberry breads

You are welcome for the pics.  I live about an hour away from this park.  I always like to see what I'm getting into before I book a site, especially with the hybrid.    The entrance to this camping area is on up the road from the park office.  IF you arrive after 5, you do not need to go to park office to check in.  Go straight to camp site.  It is on up the road a little bit, don't get going too fast, and go by it though, it is quite a ways to a possible turn around.  So you'll pass the park office entrance driveway on left, pass group camping on left then come to Hosack Loop Camping on left.  This driveway has a Y in it, stay to the left -if you go right you will see a do not enter, park staff only sign.  Across a wide paved bridge then you turn right to go around campground loop.

Will definitely be bringing hunger and food!  Will need to think on what I'm bringing and let you know.  It will be myself, DH, and our K-9 companion for the weekend.

Now I only hope I we can meet the the bar that the Georgia group has set for you.

  We had a great time with them.  I'm sure this rally will be just as memorable!

Do these sites have water connections also or just electric?

We're in. I just reserved site #136 (same as last year, apparently) with the regular crew:  2 adults, 2 boys (10 & 7), 2 canines (13 & 1 -- new addition).

Not sure about food right now.  I need to consult with DW.
