I'd like to thank mdbaird76 (Mike) & samebutdifferent (Butch) for helping run this rally.  They will be updating the beginning of the thread, answering questions and telling you about some of the great area attractions including the glacier deposit onsite of the campground.

The campground doesn't have the 2014 season in their system until the end of January so we are going to post here our site numbers we'd like and start making the reservations on Feb 01.  I have posted a map with the area our group will be camping in and we can add more sites as needed.

Check out this cool video of the campground that Butch found.  Keep your eyes open when the fire truck comes around and when you see the cute dog.

In case you were wondering why the sites are numbered -3 -2 -1 -nothing it is marking 3-Sewer/Water/Electric 2-Water/Electric 1- Electric nothing-no hook ups.

It was really bugging me but then I was reading the map and saw the explanation.

Wondering about size of sites.  Looking at sites in the same area as mike and butch's families.  But need a sites long enough for out htt.  Expanded, we are 26 feet long.  And that doesn't count room or tv.  Any thoughts?

So if I'm reading correctly, we aren't booking with the campground until February?
I talked to Phil and Tony, please put us down in sites 199, 195, and 194.

Just a reminder for those coming out. In Pottsville they will have a lot of stuff going on all around the town, here is a quick note from an email i received:

Stay and Play in Pottsville!

We encourage all runners to stick around after the race and take in everything the City of Pottsville has to offer. In addition to the post-race block party at the brewery a number of local Pottsville businesses will be offering food and drink specials and great deals to all participants!
