We will be refining that recipe a bit as well as creating a "non-seafood" version for those with seafood allergies.

The PA camping website is back up and running.  As of this morning, they have #100-101-103-106-107-108-111-112-116 open in that section.

We just booked site #109 arriving Thursday, leaving Monday.  Looking forward to extra time with all the others staying longer.

We decided to add 3 more nights to this rally. Arriving Monday the 17th -    Sunday the 23rd.  This is one of our favorite campgrounds and it's only 30 minutes away.

I just checked our reservation and it looks like we are booked from Sunday to Sunday. (16th to the 23rd) 2 adults only.  We will be bringing kayaks and bikes with us.  Will definitely need the a/c installed before this trip.

I might dry camp Deerfield that weekend.  Shaded dog friendly, new bathhouse, and dump station.    The stacked sites 103 to 115 in pickerel point are direct sun.

Steve,

I'm not sure what's available but there are some awesome tent sites on the water at Pickerel Point, several that are pet friendly.  Depending on the location, there's a chance you can get electric from one of our electric sites.

I'll supply the corn for the boil, just let me know how much we need. I live by two farms that grow their own and is easy to get.

Best Regards,
Norm

For this years refinement of the "boil", we are going to cut down the sizes of everything to make them more uniform and finger friendly. Use mini-new potatoes, cut the corn into thirds. Going to try and get some real Andouille sausage to make it bit more authentic. Would love to get crawfish, but keeping them fresh until we need them will be a challenge.

We will also do a portion with "no spice" and no seafood.

I could dig out the tent and moor a jon boat and canoe.    Something to consider for tent site 123.

I see 100, 103,  106,  107,  108,  110,  111, 112, and 116 are still open.    50amp back in

Promised land is awesome.  You can hike, bike fish, paddle swim.    Surrounded by bars, the Lake Store,  boat rental,  and close to lake wall
wallenpaupack  attractions.    I live near it and we have world class water parks open and currently under construction.  Head eastward and you have dwgnra.

Pete and I would be interested in tagging along. Zip lines can be fun.
