In the right sidebar, the user login display now has a new feature. Login with Facebook or Google +. The idea is to get more users to register to interact with our forums without the process of a registration confirmation system. Or to just login in faster without having to remember passwords. If you are already logged in, you won't see it. It only shows up when you are not logged in.

If you are a current registered user of the forums and decide to use the Login via Facebook or Google, then the first time you use it, you will be prompted to use your existing account (by entering its password) or creating a new account - basically for new users. Once linked, you can just click the login via Facebook or Google link and in online in the forums instantly.

In a few weeks, we will be offering the ability to share the posted here on your Facebook and Google + sites.

Looking to share your camping experience or help other members have a better one? Contibute photos of your favorite campground and camping sites.

Here are steps to upload campground photos. We are looking for photos of the campground sign, individual sites, park and campground maps and other general photos like a lake, bath house, etc.
1) Select Photo Gallery under Resource on the main menu.

2) Select Campground Map and Photos.

3) Select Campground Photo Upload.

4) Select Add Photo or Mass Upload option.

6) IMPORTANT: NAME IMAGES WITH CG NAME AND SITE NUMBER.

I work in a Military School, and the ROTC department said there is no official abbreviation for Army Corp of Engineers. The internet says it's ACE.

More importantly, I've never seen anyone even use it here ;D

I've always seen Army Corps of Engineers as ACOE or USACE (the 2nd is the one I think they "officially" use).
