Just bought my first PUP, a 1986 Coachmen 2100, from the original owner. Got a really good deal. Was told it was only used about 10 times over the years and was garage kept, so everything is in very good shape. I am trying to find a owners manual on this pup. Does anyone have any advice?

I'm uploading photos now, but if it were me, having camped extensively with 2 boys from infancy to their mid 20's, I think they need a designated bed, especially when they hit the preteen & teen yrs.

Also, the sleeping area on the Mini's sofa isn't the most user friendly. Mind you, Chris & I have slept together on the jackknife sofa in our hybrid for 10 winters, but we are not the biggest of folks. Lots of teens are bigger than us. On the MiniLite, the sofa has hard frame arms so you can't gain any inches by propping your pillow there or stretching your feet straight out. I am 5'4" & can not lay flat on the new sofa. Also, there is a height difference between the flat cushion seat & the puffy back of the sofa, so it isn't an even surface to lay on. It measures 42"wide by 55"long, not including the wood framed arms.

As for the dinette, it is a good size, 44 wide by 71 long. I have to say, though, it is pretty hard. Maybe since it's new & not broken in yet, but it didn't feel too comfortable to lay on.

It looks like Fretz has one advertised for $10k with a dry weight of just under 5 rosies, 4,371# . Looks like a cool setup with the back sliding out. I LOVE the bunks in my trailer. Tommie and Joey can each have their own area.
