Someone made a sausage stuffing a couple of years any chance of seeing it again?

Mr 2HappyCamper said a woman made it the year we were in the wagon wheel setup. Does anyone remember which year that was? 2015?

I'll have 2xl food service gloves with me.....I travel to food events with them since I have big hands.  I love when someone hands me a medium pair of gloves and I can't even get a finger in them 🙂  That being said, other people have small hands.  Anyone have Large or Medium food service gloves?

Will anyone be at the rally early on Friday? I may need help setting up (pulling out bunk ends and getting canvas stretched over them) due to possible lift restrictions. I'll know more Nov. 1. Thanks in advance.

Lets say 10 sternos needed for 5 racks (2 sterno's each).

We use the sterno's to heat the food at this rally because we have found in years past that we blow the breakers easily with a million crock pots to keep the food warm.

We have 2 unopened cans we'll bring.

Do you need racks also?

Trying to remember how many racks we had out in the past. I have 5 racks which would cover 10 dishes, so maybe 5 more. Right now we have 16 families and only 5 dishes.

We will be up Thursday evening...will need to change sites on Friday since ours has been reserved *sigh*. I’m going to attempt to make a green bean/potato side dish this year.  Maybe also bring a dessert.  We have a table to contribute.  Do we still need more sterno stuff?  I can pick some up this weekend.

No, according to the list and these posts.  I didn’t want to get one and then have the person in our site stay until check out at 3pm.

We have 6 racks and 2 pans(that go in the racks to hold the water and food pans) that we'll bring with us.

I can bring sausage stuffing.  Like Matt said - our family recipe isn't fancy, but we think it's pretty tasty.  We can also bring turkey gravy.  And an ez up and table.  John will be going up earlier on Friday.  I'll be coming up late on Friday after color guard performance.

I've updated the table at the start.  Please take a look at it and let me know if I missed something you are bringing that I don't have down.  Let us know what your bringing to the Pot luck!!!

What we need is:

-20# propane tank.  Full

-10 cans of sterno

-3 more tables

-Don't forget your serving utensil for what you bring to the pot luck.
