We will be making a beef and potato casserole.  We are trying it tonight for dinner and crossing my fingers the kids love it.  It will just be the wife and I camping but they can be guinea pigs now.

I'll be in C-45 for the weekend. Cora should be able to join Friday and part of Saturday, unfortunately Kate has to work. I'll look to make something warm in the crockpot for Saturday.

I found a yummy recipe for a crock pot zesty Parmesan Garlic Chicken with noodles, so I'll being that instead.  I'm COOKING something! lol

Yay, it's camping season, Who else is EXCITED?? 

 

As we get ready for the trip, we still need 5 tables for the potluck food.  There’s a chance of some rain, we could use a couple of ez-ups.

We will have a group gathering site (A16), and a load of wood will be provided.  We are asking to divide the cost of the gathering site and firewood, which would equal $20 per site.  (This is typically only at the season opener and closer because of the temperature and the size of the group.)

Cant cancel it, actually started reservation on Thursday.  Guess I should have checked paperwork closer.  Anyone that still wants it, let me know. Otherwise it’ll be empty all weekend.
