Hey, Chris! Welcome from NW Georgia. I checked out the video you linked us to and found your undertaking intriguing and so far well done. I will go back and see the others on YouTube. Wishing you luck and good fishing! I'm looking forward to some of your photography and reports on the good and bad of van camping/traveling.

We had a camper style van for a lot of years but never got to use it much because we had to work and raise kids who had to go to school. Now that we're retired and the kids are grown and on their own, I can feel the spirit of the road calling out as I watched you! Road trip!!!

Chris,  Glad you could make it.  1mattt2 on youtube.

I have been watching this guys vlogs for the past few months while he was getting ready to head up to Alaska living in his campervan.  Daily life, kayaking, fishing, repairs/mods, having his GF clean and cook the fish they caught....that was an interesting one.  I look forward to watching the video's of his roadtrip.

Very interesting. I need to have a long talk with him for some pointers on what I am doing wrong. I have a hard enough time getting the wife to let me go fishing in the first place ,let alone her cleaning them. :2funny:

Good luck!  The drive is wonderful.  I've driven the ALCAN a couple of times.  The scenery is wonderful and the people are the nicest I've ever seen!
