We have made our reservation, site 227 from Fri-Sun, 2A, 3K, 2K9

We will be planning the return of the Southern Low Country Boil for the potluck at this rally.

  • Louisiana-style shrimp and crab boil seasoning (such as Zatarain's)
  • Potatoes
  • Sweet onions
  • Smoked pork sausage links
  • Corn on the cob
  • Shrimp

We will have a version without shrimp for those that can't eat shellfish.

Bold move of the day - just booked 212, fri-sun-  It does sound like the sites are on a block for now with canvas campers,

We are currently planning to still camp this weekend.  We are going to postpone the low country boil until another group rally.

My parents are canceling their Ressie today.  My dad has had some slide out issues and wants them fixed before they take the fifth wheel camping.

We had to cancel for g-burg, which means our creek side site is available and a really nice one. Our schedule shifted cause of this lovely situation we're all going through. Keeping our fingers crossed for NY/june.

We are going to participate in this rally!  We are in site 19 since we will need to dewinterize during this rally.  

My goal in life is to be the person my cat thinks I should be in order to make his life comfortable like the ruler status he was born to occupy.

Remind me...is the nearby water source worth bringing the kayaks?   And are we going to do a potluck since social distancing is still in place?  I’m not certain how people feel about sharing food that others have made.

My goal in life is to be the person my cat thinks I should be in order to make his life comfortable like the ruler status he was born to occupy.

According to the campground website, so must maintain social distancing, so if we do order out we need to maybe spread ourselves between two sites

We are starting to pack, I will be out in the early afternoon and wifey will be arriving around 6:30 PM

I’ve updated the list for those attending.

Everyone doing their own thing for the dinner works for us including ordering out for pizza and wings.

LadyHawk, there is a small creek that runs along the campground but NOT anywhere close to kayak.
