While cleaning to caulk the center seam on my PUP's roof, I leaned against the AC shroud front corner. Mistake! It cracked. Center point with three cracks from it, luckily no big holes. UGH!!  :banghead:

I've drilled the ends of the cracks. Now to find a good product to fix it. Yes, it needs fixed it's on a front corner. I've already removed it and cleaned it with Simple Green and hosed it off. I found a YouTube on Q-bond adhesive. It comes with a powder to add as well.

Now to find it.

I've used Q Bond, it works great! I've seen it in both hardware and auto parts stores.

I can't find Q-Bond locally. What about RapidFix? It has a similar liquid/powder system. It is available locally (auto parts store).

RapidFix looks like the same thing as Q Bond. It should work the same.

RapidFix worked. $21.19. Better than $130 for a new shroud. And it's fixed and back on. Oh, and the powder is available in white/clear.
