OK here is a really simple 15 minute mode for kitchen shelving.
2-screw type shower curtain rods
4-small band clamps
2-tracks of modular shelving wall mounts
4-shelving braces
2-shelving
band clamp the 2 tracks of wall mount to the top of the shower rods, put them behind sink and extend them out untill snug(no need to wrench them in place), place the shelf brackets and then place the shelf.

Hope it stays stable and the structure doesn't crash like ours did. DH built that for us and it looked great, until his weight on the PUP steps shook the PUP and the shelf came tumbing down and the whole set up collapsed. It's a great idea and seems to work well for others, but we didn't have luck with it. So we just bought a TrailManor instead. ;D ;D ;D
