$45 a night if use AC, $40 a night if don't use AC. 
$305 per week if use AC.

Most sites are sandy, pebbly.  Most sites are part shade, some are full shade.  Mature hardwoods.

There area a fairly large number of seasonal sites here.  B Road has no seasonal's at all.  Cedar St is a mixture. 
Bathouse is good sized, 5 commodes, 8 showers, 6 sinks identical in mens and womens sides.  Water pressure is OK. 

Pool is nice, looks like a new liner, children under 12 must be supervised at all times per DE law. Open daily 10 a - 8pm. It is closed every Weds.

Call for reservations and info, during off season, leave message and they'll call back. 

You can tell that this CG was quite a hoppin place in years gone by, but with the economy and all, there are less people around.  THe buildings were freshly painted, and we were there in the off season, so I am unable to tell you what it might be like in the summer. 

We were on site 52A. And would have considered sites near 16B, but it was dark when we got there, so we took first one we found that wasn't too far from restroom. 

Cg is 10 min from Bethany Beach on Rte 26.  Large grocery store and Wegmans, is close by on Rte 26.
