i received a free camping weekend coupon for Millbrook Resort and Campground in Jefferson Ohio, between Pymatuning Lake, and Mosquito Lake, i beleive this is a timeshare style campground, (not really interested in that) but still may try it out this weekend since it is Free. just courious if anybody ever stayed here before or know about this place. ?
I rode up there in feburary, but the place was covered in 2 foot of snow so it was hard to get a good look, told them then that by no means do i want a perm site. But since they offered me a free weekend anyhow figured it would be a fairly inexpensive weekend since money is tied up more the following holiday weekend. So i think i will try it, nothing really to loose, except alittle time. Take a rod with me. And see what happens, looks like good fishing.
Sounds like a plan. They will try and pitch for you to get a site but that is expected. Enjoy the fishing. Pymatuning is great area and the lake itself offers up all kinds of fish. Last year I caught Bluegill, Catfish, Perch, Large Mouth, Carp and Muskie all in the same day from the shore of the campground at Jamestown. It dont get any better than that. Jamestown is one of the nicest SP campgrounds I have been to in PA. Great location with lots to do.
