We're headed to Rocky Bayou for the weekend.  It is our first time there.  We had heard it was nice, so we're trying it.

Have any of you ever stayed there?

After 40 hours and some activities, here is a mini review.  The park is nice,  lots to do.  Camping,  hiking,  kayaking, canoeing,  etc.  Most of the sites are large,  with vegetation between most of them.  It is quiet at night and you can see LOTS of stars here!  The ONLY drawback to this place is there is only one rest/shower building for 42 sites and only 2 showers and 2 toilet stalls.  Not terrible, but there will be a wait if you do things,  when everybody else wants to do things.  I took a shower at 0630 and there was already someone in the other shower.  They stay in use.  They are very clean (close 0900-1000 for cleaning)  and heated.

If you stay on the bayou side, theta may be a little more wind,  but the view is fantastic,  especially at night.

We would probably come back.
