Warwick Woods Campground

So this past weekend we went to Warwick Woods Campground.
we got up there and got set up. they told us the playground was right in our backyard. i didn't expect it to be right in our backyard, but it was.  the playground was busy but not to bad and it was nice my daughter could play as we set up and we could keep an eye on her.  after we got set up we went to the pool.  the pool was nice went from 3'-9' deep, but it was cold, it is a spring fed pool.  it was refreshing after you got in and got use to it.  We had dinner and sat around the camp fire and turned in for the night.  prices for wood in the store were not to bad, $5.75 for a bundle of about 10 pieces of wood. next time i will buy the cart full for $21.50 instead of the bundles.

Saturday got up and went fishing, the kids were excited to catch some fish.  they were catching sunnys and bass. all catch, pictures and released.  store sold night crawlers 12 for $2.75.  after a few hrs in the sun the kids wanted to go back to the pool.  spent a few hrs at the pool.  at 4 pm they had a hayride, the line was pretty long and we got on the 2nd. hayride, which was about 10-15 ride.  then to the store for ice cream.  after relaxing at the site for a little bit went back to the lake and fished for about another hr or so till the mosquitoes started to eat us alive.  so went back to the site had dinner around the campfire and listened to the eagles.

Sunday went fishing for a few hrs again (they kids loved it) then headed back to the site to start to break down. kids went to the arcade for a little bit.

i thought the bathrooms were a little outdated.  the mens room was clean, my wife said the womens restroom was not the cleanest but usable.  she mainly used the camper toilet.  it does have a lot of boulders and hills.  we were in site 14 and could walk to the store and arcade, but i wouldn't walk to the pond as they have a parking lot to park in and walk to the lake.  our site was pretty large.

We had a very fun weekend there and plan on visiting Warwick Woods again very soon.
here is a link of some of the pictures i took.
