2003 Flagstaff 227 pop up camper : $3500.00

http://rochester.craigslist.or.....08300.html

Used it at least once a month from March to November. I was the second owner. Bought it from a dealer used. No leaks in the canvas, canvas was treated every other year. No water damage as I resealed it every year. I used my Dodge Caravan to tow it without any issue. Looking to upgrade, need the cash to buy something else. Great camper for the year and price!

Options:

Sleeps 7 easily, 2 queens, 1 king, 1 twin

Heated King and Queen mattresses on bunk ends

U-shaped dinette (sits 6 comfortably, sleeps 2)

conventional dinette as well (sits 4, sleeps 1 : 2 if they are little)

3 way refrigerator: works great! Used it every trip.

Propane furnace

2 burner stove

Holding tank for water w/ water pump.

Roof fan w/ all weather cover to keep rain out while running fan

Awning: used almost every trip.

Set of Popup Gizmos (popupgizmos.com)

Accessory shelf for outside (Great for a coffee maker)

Lots of storage

Added interlocking foam flooring like you would use under exercise equipment for warmer floor in cooler months.

Some lights coverted to LED

Storage tube on back bumper for awning poles.

Electric brakes

Spare tire

Outdoor grill (I never used it, already had a RoadTrip grill)

No water damage. Sealed every year.

Gary,

How heavy is it?  I have a friend who has a minivan with 4 kids 2 adults so this may work for him.  I already sent him the craigslist ad but I know he's going to want to know the weight.

Matt,
The GVWR is 3239lbs on paper. I scaled it once at 2700lbs. Well under the capacity of most mini vans.
