Camper is in great shape. The picture of the floor plan is accurate & we have the 3 way fridge & the 20,000 btu furnace & I installed a new digital thermostat. The fridge works off of propane or 110v electric. I just replaced the main gas valve on the fridge because it was malfunctioning. Works very well now. It is also capable of 12v operation but I opted to use the 12v line to operate and pump for the sink faucet. There is a switch installed behind the sink cabinet and flows out of the hot water valve from the storage tank. There is also the city water hook up. Apporx 10 gal fresh water tank. No bathroom but I am going to include a good portable toilet. I installed a regular low bathroom faucet. 2 burner propane stove (interior & exterior hook up). I will include a propane tank mounted to the tongue. There is a battery box on the tongue but I am not including the battery. All lights and electrical outlets work. Tires look new. I do not know how old they are but when we bought the camper last year they looked all but new. Excellent tread. This camper also has electric brakes installed & a 7 pin plug to the tow vehicle. All cushions (benches & beds) are in great shape. Curtains are in great shape also. Windows are tinted. All zippers work with no tears. Tent vinyl is in great shape also. Bunk ends have the typical mildew spots. We tried to clean these areas but nothing would remove it. No tears in vinyl or screens. There are a couple of very tiny pin holes. Also, this unit does not have an A/C but there is wiring for installation. No hot water heater in the unit.

This is a 12' box. The awning is a Carefree of Colorado. As you can see in the the photos the support poles can be placed in brackets attached to the side of the camper. They can also be placed on the ground and staked in place. The canopy bag is in pretty good condition. Normal wear-&-tear. Zipper works well. The velcro tab that holds the awning rolled up before zipping the bag shut had come off but I sewed it back on. Still needs a little TLC to make it perfect. I may try to take care of this if the weather warms up enough before it sells. I replaced the roof vent cover last year since the one that was on when I bought it was cracked. 30 amp power cord. There is also a new cover included with this unit. I purchased the cover before winter so it has only been on over this winter. Unit is pretty light unloaded. I believe the dry weight is just under 1800 lbs. We pulled this with a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe with a 2.4L engine without a problem. Roof cranks up easily. No cracks. Roof does not leak. Tent in good condition.

Forgot mention, I have adds out other places also so it's first come first serve. Please send message with any questions.

Unit is being sold as-is.

Sorry, I guess that is important information. I currently have it listed for $5000.00. Here is a link to the Craig's List posting.

The floor plan on your PUP is very similar to our sold 1997 Viking with the exception of the beds (we had one king and one queen). We bought it in 2005 and sold it after one camping season (only used 3 times) in December for $2400. Love the floor plan and the two dining areas. I'm surprised you still have it for sale. Hope someone buys it and gets out there camping real soon. Good luck.
