I have knocked some $$$ off again trying to sell this. It's almost to where its not going to be worth it to sell privately and just take the trade when the new unit arrives. Then the dealer is going to sell this for 14 to 15K or better. I'd much rather see someone who will actually use it get a good deal on it, than someone who walks on to the dealers lot, pays top dollar, and does not even know what they are getting.
I have a new Rockwood on order which is expected after Thanksgiving, which is why I have this on the market.
Its an awesome trailer, meticulously maintained and in outstanding shape at an exceptional price.
