So I have to let the PUP go. We did buy a new HTT.

Well, I think it sold to a nice retired couple that wants to take the grand kids camping. I feel like they're getting a good deal. I'm including a BAL leveler, sway control and a winter storage cover. DD #2 and I were out in it this morning and I have to say I'll miss it. Now if the weather will just hold out so I can get it closed, I told the buyers I's deliver it to them Sat morning.
Oh and I recommended they look here for any advice.
Well, like I said in an earlier post we, included some nice extras. There were also a few minor mods that were made; a hot water heater by pass was added as well as a by pass at the pump inlet for ease of winterizing. So we settled on $7500. So with the BAL leveler, the cover and the sway control, I feel it is a very good bargain. Any feedback would be appreciated.
