Haven't done this yet, but lots of people have.. Most people tap 12 volt power from either the porch light or run a dedicated circuit back to the battery... Depending on the converter you have it may have extra room for you to add circuits into it,, (some of the newer larger units (20 amp and up) have the ability to do this). You might also be able to tap into the 12 volt supply for the fridge as well, depending on how much you use the fridge on 12 volt.
Last year for my rearview camera I tapped into the 12 volt fridge circuit and ran the wire to the back of the pup, where I installed a 2 prong plug, This way I just plug in the camera module or in the future can plug in a light, I may change the plug over this year and make it an outside 12 volt receptacle to allow for greater flexibility with "add-ons" ..
I added both a 1/4" pin jacket and a 12v socket by tying into the 12v source for the stepper door light switch. I ran a separate ground wire for sockets and I added a fuse inline to the regular socket. Don't think I'll need it but since I had one, it was easy to put in while I was doing the wiring in the cabinet.

I thought about adding a plug for my CPAP machine by my bunk. But I was pressed for time so I bought a cig lighter plug with 2 clips that clip to the battery I will run that in through the tenting and plug my machine in.
