I wanted to post details to specificly post photos from a flickr account.
I do not recommend one photo server or another.  If you have one that you prefer, please share your experiences.

1) Uploading photos to your Flickr account.

2) Go to the page that shows the photo you want to display on your CanvasCampers post.
(ex.

3) Click on the 'Share This' button above the photo, Click 'Grab the HTLM/BBC code'

4) Click the 'BBC code' radio button

5) Copy the code displayed in the window and paste it in your post.
(ex. [nobbc]

Displayed result:
