If anyone one is interested there is a great ATV weekend in the Allegheny National Forest in North Central PA. They open up the snowmobile trails in the Allegheny Forest to the quads for the weekend. We have gone the last few years and ride 60 - 80 miles for the weekend. I take my pup and stay at a buddies deer camp right off the trail, but there are plenty of campgrounds around. It is in and around the town of Marienville but it is also very close to Cooks Forest. Here is the link if you are interested.
Another great weekend in the Allegheny National Forest. We road 80 miles through the forest on Saturday and did another 50 miles on Sunday. Lots of great scenery and saw a few great boondocking camp sites for the pup along some trout streams. Might have to try one out. We also had a bear and 4 cubs walk past our camp on Friday and we had an albino deer walk through on Saturday. So naturally I left the camera at home. :banghead: What a great weekend this was. :thumbsup:
