I just spoke to reserveamerica reservations and all my future reservations are there. After being transferred and 22 minutes, they were able to have them show online. The problem is that you can have multiple accounts with the same email address with reserveamerica because they handle many state park reservations. I have at least 4 different accounts for 4 different states... all with the same company. (http://newyorkstateparks.reser.....erica.com/ or https://pennsylvaniastateparks.....erica.com/)
The good part is that our reservations are all there, it's just a poor design.
I just got done on the phone with the resolution SRT. She was able to merge the accounts and all my reservations were there.
If you look at the top of the new reservation page, it states:
"Attention PA State Park customers, if you already have a 2015 reservation please use the forgot password link to create an online account. Customers not yet reserved for the 2015 season must create a new account. If you are having trouble accessing your account please contact the call center at 1-888-PA-PARKS."
So, do not log in with your old password. Use the forgot password link. This is supposed to merge them. If it doesn't work, you will have to call the 888 #. Option 3, then 2. Ask right away to speak to a Resolution SRT. Don't bother with the first person who answers the phone, they cannot merge the accounts.
