Good news is I wasn't really planning on doing much more camping this season except maybe the thanksgiving rally. Bad news is, that has all been decided for me.  This past Friday wife was driving tow vehicle and was blasted by an elderly gentlemen that decided to cut through some parking stalls at the local shopping center. More good news. Wife was not injured (Thank God) and yet some more bad news. TV has $8000.00 worth of damage front wheel and axle snapped off. (Talk about an axel flip ) So TV is going to be laid up while it gets mechanical and body repair.s When we get it back I am going to sell or trade it anyway and upgrade to a TV that can handle more weight for a new camper. Just really happy that neither my wife or other driver where injured and his insurance company is starting to take liability to handle the claim. I know the big guy upstairs has a plan laid out for us , Just wish i could figure out what it is sometimes (scratching head).

Glad to hear your wife (and I guess the old guy) were not hurt. Too bad your TV got messed up, but you've been looking at heavier RVs needing a strong TV, so this must have been a sign = Get thee to thy TV and RV dealers!  Good luck with the sale of the old TV and getting the new set ups.

As long as your wife (and anyone else) is not hurt, a vehicle can be replaced.

Thank goodness everyone was ok!
I agree, it's definitely a sign that you're supposed to get a bigger TV.

We're not done yet. I just made reservations for the end of Oct. into early Nov. for Fall Creek Falls (TN). It will be too late for colorful foilage, I'm sure, but it's a pretty place that I've had on my "go" list for a couple of years. We've squeezed it in between Tybee Island (GA) and Henderson Beach State Park (FL).

We cleaned our TrailManor today to get ready for a TrailManor Owners Rally mid-October (want to look good :)) and hope the tropical stom is far gone.
