I have 1 electric blanket in the camper. My wife used it on the last trip in November but I think she only used it to warm up the bed and turned it off over night due to the electric heater going kept it nice.

I have heated mattress pads on both bunks and they are wonderful. I use the furnace to get the PUP up to a comfort level, then rely on the electric oscellating heater to maintain the temperature.
I also have a sports cat heater, but I never remember to dig it out! It's great for under the dinette table.
I try to stick with the heat strip in my A/C unit and an electric space heater. I do have a gas furnance that I have used a couple of times in the last few years to get the camper warm if it is really cold out. Haven't used an electric blanket, (but took one last weekend just in case). Funny thing is the power went out Friday night due to high winds so it wasn't any use. Haven't heard of the mattress pads, but definitely a thought!!!
The majority of my camping is where there are no electrical hook-ups. Also, try to avoid real cold camping and by that I mean freezing (32 degrees), although have been caught out a few times on early spring and late fall fishing trips where it did drop to freezing and a little below that mark. I do know of at least two times it dropped to 25.
Have discovered that in the cooler weather (spring & fall) that simply putting a sheet of cardboard under the bunk end mattress makes a difference that you can feel.
I bought sports blankets, then bought gizmos a month later (don't ask 😛 ) I stuck the sports blankets under the mattresses, and that helped cut down on the cold wood feeling more than I thought it would. I also use a heated throw as a mattress pad, but hope to find a heated mattress pad this summer. I prefer to have a warm bed and cooler air if I can control it.
