Some self pity going on in my mind, It's late July and I have yet to camp this year. I've usually had 5 or 6 outings by now  with a normal start to the season in April. I even bought a new to me tow vehicle in April this year expecting to get out more often. Then the fun began.
In April we discovered a plumbing issue at home. A drain line in the wall had deteriorated. A kitchen remodel was not only overdue but was now a necessity. Being in the woodworking industry I decided to just do it myself on weekends and evenings. I've gotten to the point where we have a functioning Kitchen again but have a lot of finishing touches to do.
I need to get to a camp site  soon or will lose my sanity. Yesterday I finally de-winterized the camper and just being in it solidified my desire to go. The kitchen may just have to wait. I'm planning an outing for next weekend.
