This past labor day I had to pack up in the rain, dried off the canvas as best I could now I am worried because it looks like I won't be able to open it until this coming Sunday due to the wet weather forcast that I am going to get some mildew. I have to keep it outside, I'm thinking about opening it up anyway even though it's still raining so it doesn't mildew being closed up. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks
Wilssm

I had that situation several weeks ago myself.  I went ahead and opened it back up and let it sit until the rains stopped (2 days later).  Some air flow will help to keep things from molding up, just as if you where camping in it. If you're really concerned or it's real wet inside you can always ran a cord out to it and put a small heater in it. The heat will help dry it out some.

We camped in the backyard this weekend, it's still set up in the backyard.  Hopefully I can get creative and find a way to get it off the grass Friday without destroying the yard.  We're going to try camping for the weekend, so I'll fold it up damp to drive to camp and set up in hopes of dry whether sometime while we're camping.

I decided even though rain is forcasted throughout the weekend I'm going to open it this evening and wait til it dries out to close it back up
