I never new there was a museum or hall of fame for RV, but there is one in Indiana. I don't know if we would ever make it that far east, but I like the history. http://www.rvmhhalloffame.org/

Interesting.
It looks like there is a "popup" in the pic with the road. It looks like there is a traditional popup on the back right and then one that looks like a TT but has canvas sides.

Good catch. I missed that when I first looked at the pictures.

And whenever anyone says Motorhome, this is *always* the first thing I think of (sorry, no thumbnail):

Some older guys in my town had a "motorhome" like that. They used to camp in it with their family when they were younger and then I heard when the guys started to drive they took it to a lot of concerts in the 80s and would tailgate with it.

This is an awesome link, just went through every pic on the hall of fame web site totally amazing!
There is a 1970 Winnebago camper very similar to 1967 in the pic just down the road from me been sitting in a tire center parking lot for the last 3 years the business had closed long ago. I bet if anyone was interested in a very cool ( but costly) restoration this would be a neat project. I express my interest to my DW every time we pass it (like 3 times a week) But her answer is always the same you buy it and you can live in it! I am not really worried about that. Its my neighbors I would have to be concerned with they would all have a poop hemerage if i parked that thing on the side or rear of my property her in NJ where we pay way to much in real estate taxes and not allowed to do anything on our properties we want. 🙁 I will take some pics of the Winnebago this week and try to post them. in case anyone wants to make the owner an offer.
By all means, if you're ever in the area, it's worth a stop. We visited last summer. It's located right off the Interstate exit, so it's very convenient. Some of the units you can walk through, others you just peek your head in. There's another secton that has about 5 brand new RVs on display. Upstairs, there is an extensive reference library & info about the individuals who have been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
