I have a few small plastic bins that I keep in my galley. 1 has knifes/forks/spoons 1 has cooking utensils, and 1 has garbage bags and zip locks. I have a nesting pot kit that has it's own bag. That keeps my galley organized.
I have 2 small seats and 2 large benchs for underseat storage. I have a shoebox with some misc tools and ax under 1 small seat, my propane lantern, Mr. Buddy, and a few 1 # bottles under the other small seat, water hoses, extension cord, power strip and an oven under 1 long bench and then my screen room under the last bench
I think having 4 underseat storage area's helps me stay organized by have a Plumbing and electrical seat, a tool seat, and a propane seat. In my Coleman Columbia that I had previously I only had the 2 benchs and no galley. That would get too cluttered and drive me nuts. I intended on building a small shelf or drawer system where the galley was supposed to be but I sold it before I got around to oing that.
