Storing bedding

We keep all our bedding in the PUP over the winter. The only things we remove are items that can be damaged by freezing.

When I winterize I spend some extra time going over the entire underside of the camper, checking for any spot where unwanted guests could enter. When we bought our Flagstaff in 2007, there were a number of spots where pipes or wires were routed through the floor and not properly sealed, or not sealed at all. Some copper or bronze wool, a can of foam sealant and/or caulk will seal the holes. We recently traded the Flagstaff for an '08 Niagara, so I have to check its belly in the next couple of weeks.

I've never used dryer sheets or traps but there's certainly nothing wrong with that. I'd rather spend the time trying to spot potential entry points.

We remove or bedding and memory foam when storing the camper during the off season.
