I'm not impressed...very low-tech, sloppy, and crude for a large company.  :-  You might expect to see this as a start-up business!  :-[

You need Judge Judy!

I just noticed this.
The wife of our corporate attorney in the states was the director for the Judge Judy show!
Maybe I should call her husband! Ha ha ha

That place is a mess! In the past I have worked for a large well known recreational manufacturing company and our shops in all locations were graded weekly on housekeeping. Now I am self employed and work with the DH in our wood shop, I still don't let the shop get as messy as that shop was.

Professionalism, the video is not. Any respectable company with the roots that Coachman has should know that if you are going to publish a video, do it professionaly. This one looks like it was taken from his phone.

The video was taken by the dealer during their tour of the factory-probably on their phone. At least Coachmen could have cleaned up a little before they came.  ???
The beginning looks like it is in someone's garage!  ;D

Peffer - was it you that said elsewhere that you could build a complete fifth-wheel in one hour?

Here's a much better factory, courtesy of Steve...

Did anyone else notice that there's no butyl tape or other sealant under the corner molding in that last video?  Makes me wonder about all of them ........

There were lots of gaps and holes in mine.

Here's an example of the difference in the two brands.

Fleetwood (from the video)

Coachmen (from our trailer)

The difference? Four zip-ties and a little effort...

Baron,
It's a shame the dealer is acting that way and not standing behind their product.
There is definitely many poor manufacturing issues with your camper.  Share more info and photos if you have them so others know what to look for.

What do you think the best case 'realistic' options are for the manufacture with you and the camper being in Korea?  They need to do something, just curious of your thoughts.

What a difference between those two videos.  That first video with Coachmen was rather frightening.  It wasn't just the mess itself but the attitude and body language of all the employees.

It's is frightening. I still don't have a response yet, but there has been some activity.

When a company doesn't (and never has*) have wiring schematics, shop drawings, and other documentation that I wouldn't start making trailers without, it's not very comforting.

I'd love to travel there and do a little QC a## kicking!  >:(
