I just read my manual for the same thing. My vinyl was pretty dirty. It says to "Clean with cool water and soft bristle brush" It also says you can use an automobile convertible top cleaner but dont let the cleaner come in contact with the sunbrella material because it can lose its water resistance.
just my 2 cents, but I used Armor-All on my vinyl top after my first use of the camper. After camping in heavy woods in AUgust once, I was concerned that tree sap was getting on the top, making it a bit sticky and allowing leaves and bugs to stick to the surface. On getting home I squirted a generous amount of Armor-All onto a soft cloth and rubbed down the surface with it. Most of the sap and dirt came off on the rag. The top felt a little slick, but I left it up in the driveway without trees around, and a couple of days later the vinyl no longer felt wet or slick. Since then, when camping under trees, I have set up a silver tarp over the entire popup, supportted by bungees to trees or pull-out extension tent poles available at Walmart for $10 and staked to the ground. This keeps the sap and bugs off the vinyl top.
I have used Armor-All for 25+ years on car interiors and any vinyl or rubberized surface in my cars. I use it once a year on the sun-exposed surface of my camper spare tire to ward of sun-cracking, and that has seemed to work. I don't think you would have a problem using Armor-All on your bunk ends. I have, and will continue to use it.
