I had a maintenance guy stop by to fix the cable hookups one time while I was at a KOA. It was funny because I wasn't even using the cable TV. Must have been an old work order.
I also had the 110 outlet not working at a site but I had an adapter for the 30amp outlet so I just plugged in there.

A group of us camped at Promised Land SP a few years ago and they had a water main break. It was fixed but they couldn't turn the water back on until it was tested and approved.
The campground had a porta potty 🙁 , they didn't charge us the $5 per ngt for running water. They had one shower stale at the ranger station. Not the best situation but it worked.
How timely. We just experienced a power failure this week while camping. It only lasted about 1.5 hrs, but for us, it didn't matter too much. A very nice gentleman in a Class A next to us, which automatically switched to an onboard generator, came over with a 30 amp line & told us to hook up our trailer. I only wanted to brew a pot of coffee, but he insisted that we power up our whole trailer. They tow a race car trailer & run 50 amp to that, so they said they had plenty of power for us.
But, during this time, Chris & I started talking about it, & counted up that this was our 5th power failure in the last 7 yrs. We've had 2 in SPs, 2 in private campgrounds, & 1 in a Natl park. 2 were storm related, 2 were extreme heat overload, & 1 was a broken water pipe which was flooding the electrical box which had to be shut down.
In a different situation, while camping at a county park in VA, the bathhouse & water spigots were out of service while undergoing a major reconstruction project. There was a water faucet at another building in the park where we could fill our tank. Since we are selfcontained, we managed without the bathhouse. However, we were surprised that they still charged full price for the campsite. I knew this going in, so I accepted it because I wanted to be here for the location, but still was surprised that they didn't knock a few $ off during the construction project.
