There are those out there who will ONLY purchase what they need from the local RV Dealer or CW but most of us look somewhere else like me, I find most anything I need at Wal-Mart, Good Will or the Dollar Store. I seldom find anything of consequence at Yard Sales (though my PUP was listed there on CL), Target or on E-Bay & CL.
So where do you pick up those things you may want or need when you're getting ready to head out or realize you forgot something?

I tend to find the best deals off-season...Garage Sales, Kijiji (div of EBay - like CL - but way better) - but often its a hit or miss. And some time I see something that I was not looking for
For major projects...EBAY! However (in Canada) some times it better to order from RV Dealer - cost a bit more but no shipping. Most items (in Canada) come from 3 major stocking RV Parts distributor so they all have simular items - but prices are not. I tent to order from Coast's or Danzy's cataloge (ask for them by name - can't remember the 3rd one).
Coast is also in the US. Danzy is Canada only.
For many of the sundry items Dollarama (a really good large Canadian Dollar Store) or Walmart.
