I thought we were a sucker when we bought 2 of these fire starters at a local trade show but they are awesome and every camper should own one. I hope they last a long time, thinking about picking up one of two more just so we have them. Listed as a top 3 survival tool.

It looks pretty cool. If I was a backpacker, I could see the benefit of having it.
Usually I buy 5 or 6 grill lighters at a flea market each year and have them all over so I always have a lighter somewhere....in my Glove box and door pocket of my TV, in a drawer of the popup, with my lantern, etc.
