Nope but I do use a second stove and bbq attached to a second (sometimes third) propane tank I carry. Right now the stove and bbq have to be connected one at a time to the tank (due to the tank connections on the hoses), but when I come across an inexpensive "Y" or "T" that will allow both to connect to the tank at the same time I'll go that route (both stove and bbq have the POL fittings that screw into the tank.)
If you are just about to start out and do this, then I'd go with a "T" fitting (from coleman) that srews into the large tank, then you connect the adaptor hoses to that.. and then to your stove, bbq, lantern etc.. You can also go with a distribution tree and use the same hoses.
Mine are set up the way they are due to use tent camping for years and always using the old naptha (white gas) coleman stoves (up to 3- double burners and a single)... but with the pup we decided to "convert" everything to propane, since I carry a second tank anyways..
This is what it looks like:
Here is a listing from Amazon that also includes a 12 ft propane host to your grill:

Just note that if you are "Y"ing or "T"ing inline from your propane tanks your pressure has already been stepped down by your regulator, most stoves/grills that take throw-away bottles also have a regulator. This set up, I believe, will not work because you now have 2 regulators in line with one another.
The Marshall add a tee lets you add a disposable thread connector.
