Gas is now $4.00 a gallon here in Pittsburgh..oh wait it is only $3.999.  My Bad. :'(  I am so glad I drove out to Yellowstone last year instead of this year.  I was mad about paying $3.35 a gallon in Yellowstone last year.  I can not imagine what it would be this year.. $4.50 + just guessing.  And to add insult I just read that Exxon once again made record profits this Quarter.  They only made $10.5 BILLION in profits. Why are paying these ridiculous prices and our congress lets the oil companies get away with this.  :banghead: Oh wait I read that 75% of them have stock in oil companies.....  The rich get richer...  >:( I will step down from my soap box.

Prices jumped nearly $.20 p/gal yesterday at my local gas station.
I filled up the work truck, Toyota Tundra V6, to the tune of $71.00 on Thursday.  I'm glad I don't have to feed THAT hog!

There's a site called Cost 2 Drive or Cost 2 Go that calculates cost per route and shows prices in a specific area.

I dont know about other states but starting tomorrow May 1, here in PA gas stations have start selling the summer blend fuels.  That is one of the reasons for the large increase.

I filled up my F250 work truck the other day at $4.29 gal in Philadelphia. I had over an 1/8 of a tank and i hit the $100 max on my fuel card. The bad part is it takes a 1/4 of a tank one way to work. This is insane.  >:(

Welcome to the World of high gas prices .... ;D  We icepeople North of you's have been dealing with this sort of thing since about 2002-2003 ...  currently we pay $1.38 per litre of dino juice..    which works out to about ..  $5.20 per US gallon ...    Just wait until your $$ falls off more.. you'll see more and more Canadian license plates driving in the US ...  I know we are looking at returning again this summer ...  cheaper camping fee's, cheaper gas and cheaper "stuff" ...  🙂
