Where: Shenandoah River/ Andy Guest Jr State Park
When: May 11-13, 2012
Area: Camping Loop    Gathering Site will be posted at campground
Reservations: http://www.reserveamerica.com/.....ampingSpot
Coordinator: Hvac1877

Friday Night  will be the meet and greet at hvac1877 site. which will be posted and the campground entrance.

Saturday Night will be the potluck dinner. where TBA

Any interest in doing a 1 to 2 hour float? I am working with a few float company's for a group rate. More info to come.

I wouldn't say that.  When you first posted it, I made a mental note.  We've only made two reservations so far, but other than that haven't really begun making reservations for the year yet, so I hadn't started digging into what other rallies we may want to hit.

We'd probably be game for this one, since it's only 90 minutes (without traffic) away from us and it's a park we haven't been to yet.

WILL BE MAKING RESERVATIONS THIS WEEKEND  DID A DRIVE BY THIS WEEKEND THERE WAS ABOUT 1 AND HALF HOUR TRIP. WAS A BEAUTIFUL PARK.

WE HAVE ONE COMING FROM PA (DONT KNOW WHERE IN PA)AND  ONE FROM UPPER OHIO AND THE UPPER OHIO IS ABOUT 5 HOURS AWAY!!!! ITS GOING TO BE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!

We will likely have two adults and one 15 year old boy .... maybe more.  We are coming down from Mechanicsburg outside of Harrisburg.  Looks like a 2.5 hour trip for us.  Looking forward to seeing the park.  So far the Maryland and Virginia parks we have been to were great.  Rocky Gap last year was terrific.  We have been to Lake Anna and First Landing as well and there were REALLY nice.
