Happy Campers 101
We had a great time this weekend. From the small gathering under the tent in the rain, the 5K and event afterwards, and capped off with another great pot luck with awesome food. Im still full.
A special thank you goes to Samebutdifferent and family and Vik-king and family for keeping an eye on the kids while we attended the 5K. This just shows how great this group is and I am so glad we are a part of it.
Cant wait for our next trip.
I want to thank everyone for making my daughters birthday weekend a special one the whole family had a blast. Each cupcake was as good as the last thanks Peggy and Rich and thanks Pete and Phil for the morning java. The wife said that was her fav part early morning COFFEE by the brook behind our site while kids were still asleep. Thanks Mike and Dawn for the waffles and ice cream and thanks to the moderators for keeping it all real 🙂
I want to thank Joe and everyone for allowing me to conduct a camping focus group. I have heard some fantastic feedback regarding the dinner ware kits and the silverware please let me know what you Thought whether, it's good or bad I would love to hear it all . Once I start actual production I am sure I will be able to share many more great earth friendly samples with the group
We had a great weekend! It rained for a few hours Friday evening and once 7 people were under my camper awning, we opened a 10x10 canopy over the picnic table and about 15 of us all caught up with one another. - no campfire. Including singing and celebrating Maggie's birthday.
Saturday morning, 14 of us (dressed in superhero costumes) run, jogged, walked or some may have crawled a very hilly 5K at the Yuengling Brewery in Pottsville, PA. We laughed a lot, posed for a lot of pictures and had a great time. Oh, and drank some cold beer after.

After a few naps, some hiked the glacier boulder field, playing basketball or catch with a baseball, a bike race, trips to Cabelas or Hawk Mountain, we had an awesome potluck and group campfire. For the first time in 9 years of group rallies, campfire was out and everyone in bed by 10:30pm
The food, company and everything else was a great time once again.
Thanks CampingPhil for the system support, for the morning coffee and dill pickled shots around the campfire.
Thanks SamebutDifferent and MDBaird97 for helping corrdinate this rally, asking questions, adding sites and keeping things up-to-date.
Thanks everyone for the amazing food at the potluck, the donated firewood and everything else to help make it a great time.
