OK, we need 4ea 10x10 easy-up canopies and at least 8 tables for food, beverages and desserts. I have table cloths, extension cords, power strips,
As usual - we will be collecting donations for the gathering site, 2 loads of firewood, 4 turkeys, frying oil, propane, coffee and other items. It's a little over $400 and we have 20 families. We are asking for $20 per site to help cover the costs. Thanks in advance.
I talked with my sister, my nephew Evan is going to come but my sister will drop him off Friday evening after they drop my niece off in Gettysburg for some Girl Scout thing. Since she is bringing him I don't need to wait until he is out of school to leave on Friday 🙂

It looks like we have 5 tables and 3 EZ ups. Anyone have anymore? Phil & Pete's nice 15 foot EZ up saw it's last pot luck over the summer so we won't have that one.
We have 1 crock pot of regular mashed potatoes and 1 of sweet potatoes....is that going to be enough to compliment 4 Turkeys for at least 50 people?

Hi all! After a long drought of camping and forum activity this year, we finally managed to free up a weekend and will be attending the rally.
Site 2
2 Adults, 2 Boys (11,8), 2 dogs
We'll likely bring Mac-n-cheese and something else.
I have a basic 10x10 EZ-up in the trailer and that will be coming along if we still need it.
Visited the trailer today. Haven't been camping since July 4th so we are really excited about next weekend! Trailer is inspected and truck had its oil changed. Not sure yet what we are bringing to the potluck so if anyone has a request let me know. We should be arriving around noon on Friday.
My goal in life is to be the person my dog thinks I am.
It looks like I will be leaving around 3:30. My sister has to drop my niece off in the town of pine grove PA and she was then gong to drop my nephew off. It turns out the town of pine grove is nowhere near pine grove furnace state park. So I gotta pick my nephew up from school.

It looks like we have 59 people listed as attending, somehow the number grows by the time dinner comes around. Are we going to have enough food?
Mashed Potatoes- Cindy's BF and I are each bringing a form of mashed potatoes and Jenn's bringing sweet potatoes.....3 crock pots enough?
Stuffing - Mike's bringing Pineapple stuffing and 2 happy campers is bringing another crock pot of stuffing......do we need a 3rd at least?

I have 2 x 6 foot tables we can bring.
Since its going to be getting dark by the time we eat, we are going to need some lighting on the inside of the canopies. (xmas lights, some rope light, etc...)
