With Phils tables we are up to 7.  This is a large group people.  I think we need 1 more EZ up and 1 more table.  Who's got one they can bring?

-FYI- we are up to 63 people now, 22 sites.  This is a large rally and expenses are starting to add up.  Please remember to bring $20 with you to put into the hat when we pass it around. :knuppel2:

Joe just sent me this pic of $125 worth of Turkey he just picked up.  :chef:

I will take care of the getting/setting/managing the coffee as usual. It is difficult to store enough 1/2 x 1/2 in one fridge, so if people can being some that would be appreciated.

I can bring some rope lighting if you like, LMK so I can pick up up from my moms house.
Are we set on electric for all the crock pots?

Can I suggest two spoons for each dish to make the line go faster since we will be going down both sides?

66 people in 23 sites.  If anyone is looking for ideas for the pot luck we are a little light on the stuffing.  Who has grandma's stuffing recipe?

We're bringing green bean casserole. I posted it earlier, but the main list wasn't updated.

The gathering site is going to be 44. We would like to move some picnic tables there for the pot luck dinner.  This is a big meal and it is nice to sit at a table to eat.

I've borrowed 4 banquet serving stands that hold tinfoil trays with sterno underneath.  They hold either (2) tin pans sized 11-3/4 by 9-1/4 or (1) 11-3/4 by 18-1/2.
If anyone has extra pans and sternos please bring them.

thanks
