If Jonathan is bringing a spread of cookies for the trip then we will be needing some Tents and Tables.

Anyone have a table and EZ up they can set up at the gathering site?

We have two EZUps and a table already in the motorhome if we need them.

Not sure what we are bringing to the pot luck yet, but some kind of side dish.

Can't wait!  Sorry, I don't have a table, but I will bring some pasta salad to the pot luck.

Matt - we can bring a table if you prefer that to the EZ up I said we'd bring. Only have room for 1 so it is an either or situation  ;D

We have a table and ez up, if needed.  Still not sure what we are bringing to pot luck.

Dawn,  I think we are a little light on tables as of now so if you could put a table in your truck instead of the EZ up that would be great.  Plus it is supposed to be Sunny on Saturday

As of now we have 5 tents and 3 tables.

Will we have anyone arriving early....Friday morning/afternoon?  We need to make some arrangements to have the wood delivered.  Joe is running a fish fry at his church so he won't be at camp until late.  Busdriver will be a late arrival and so will I due to work schedules.

mat Jamie and I should be up there around 2 pm on Friday if welmoed can receive it at the gathering site Jamie and I can certainly help stack it and cover it with a tarp and keep and eye on it from pesky poachers . last time we had wood delivered to a gathering site it wasn't 5 minutes that we went back to out sites that Joe caught a non canvas campers person trying to help himself to our wood . I will bring signs to tape to the pile. That will read "LARCENY IS A CRIME- PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH OUR FIRE WOOD THANK YOU! CANVASCAMPERS.COM. lol

Thanks for the offers....good to know someone will be there.  I just heard from Joe, he will be setting up in the morning and leaving at 1 for his fish fry and returning later at night.  He is going to make a few phone calls to our old wood contacts in the area and find out timing and cost.  Once we know that we can make further arrangements for stacking and payment.

Jonathon...How about
"Those who are caught stealing our wood shall be ceremoniously burned Saturday night."
or
"May the wood you steal always blow smoke in your face"

Heads up, everyone: the weather report for the weekend is calling for nighttime lows in the mid-20s.  😮 Pack the long johns!

Welomed would like you to remember to bring your long johns to keep warm  ;D

You can bring whatever you would like to the pot luck.....I still haven't heard from my nephew what he is cooking.  He is 10 and I told him he is in charge.  He is working with my sister on something.

My son has a peanut allergy.  You don't need to avoid peanut stuff, my son does.  Please be mindful when you are making your pot luck item to check the labels and ingredients to see if it includes peanuts or made in a peanut facility.  If it does just let me know and I will not let him eat it.

Thank you.
