I will be ordering the normal large load of firewood to be delivered for the group and splitting the cost of the turkeys, oil, gathering site and firewood among the sites.

Large campfire Friday evening, bring a chair.

Potluck will be at 5pm on Saturday.
Mind-bender game at 4pm, campfire half the day into the late evening.

Daylight savings time end on Sunday November 06th at 2am.

We're coming down for the afternoon and meal, will bring sweet corn (off the cob) for the meal.  And cash for the firewood and Turkeys and group site.  Can't wait to see you all!  (Bobby has football game at 11am, so once that is over we will be on our way.)

This party is going to need a lot of tables and EZ ups.  Don't forget to throw them in your Tow Vehicle.

In years past we had 30+ feet of pot luck tables under tents, plus the coffee.  Speaking of which, we're going to need some 1/2 and 1/2.....3 or 4 quarts?  JOE, how many 40 cup pots of coffee have we gone through? 2 each morning I think.

We go through 2 pots each morning, and 1 for dinner.

:lmao: So I was talking with Joe on the phone yesterday about this rally while he was shopping for the turkey's.  He LOST the turkey's in the store  They were in his cart, he walked away he said and then he couldn't find the cart  :idiot2: He did eventually find them but it was hilarious hearing him talk on the phone  :hah: Matt, I think someone took the turkey's  :omg:  Like they took the wrong cart  :dunno: Who mistakes a cart with 3 turkeys for their own ??? Thankfully he found the Turkey's so we will not be hungry this weekend  :guitar:

Sounds like we need some green bean casserole! Can anyone give tips for a slow cooker? The fried onions on the top are the most important part.

Just checking to be sure. I know about sharing the cost for fire wood but I think there was another cost for camping this weekend.  What was that amount? Is there anything else needed for the dinner?
