Guess I didn’t tell anyone we will be in site C1.  Patrick is interested in participating in the chili cook-off.

Yes, I'm in on the Chili cook off.  Testing a recipe tomorrow!  More importantly, any thoughts/theme for the pot luck?

Just to be certain, the chili cook off is separate from the potluck, correct?

Yes, but don't cook for both.  We are going to play a game and we will sample and judge chili at 5:30 on Saturday.  We will have the potluck including the chili at 6:00 PM.

I hope that clarifies things.

Peggy and I are not making chili, just a normal potluck dish.

Our chili is done we just froze a huge vat. Maybe now we should start to talk about the rest of the food for the pot luck  we are only about 18 days away from cutting loose kicking back and enjoying a roaring inferno of a fire (thanks Joe)

So... with everything going on... at this point I still want to go if the campground is open that weekend. Do we consider not having the pot luck?  Or live and let live ?

Well, DCNR just posted on fb that overnight accommodations will be closed on March 17. They will contact every reservation holder about a refund tomorrow.
