Summer Rally with tubing and kayaking on the Delaware River. The campground is 14 minutes from the river. We can drive ourself or they offer a shuttle and tubing rental. The campground has just purchased an island on the river to gather, play games, swim and make memories.

I can't wait! I cycle along the DE river and it's really beautiful.

I'll be visiting, but since it's so close to my seasonal site I'll probably just stay there to avoid the towing and setup. My sister may join also. I have tubes, so I'd prefer not to rent.

Reserved. When making a reservation, please tell them you would like to be near me (Barbara Norton for those that don't know my last name) (unless you don't). Then, they will try to group us all together. I just want to be in the shade and have electricity.

They are not sure if the tubing adventure will be running (the vendor has not gotten the go-ahead yet). I told them that wasn't an issue as we have our own tubes and kayaks.

Im still visiting! Ordering separately-but-together-pizza’s last time worked well, do we want to do that again for dinner?
not sure I know where my tube is, I might bring the inflatable paddle board that I bought over the winter and haven’t tried yet. What could go wrong?

Steph and I have 2 person tube. hopefully we don't die tubing in this thing.

Food? takeout on a rally? that is different..

If you know of someone that wants to camp this weekend, our site is now open. If they can re-rent our site, we will be able to transfer our reservation to a different weekend and not lose our reservation fee.

Sorry we won't be seeing everyone 🙁

Fun weekend camping. High waters prevented us from tubing on the Delaware River.

With only 10 for dinner, the potluck was filet mignon, crab cakes, breads scallops, baked potatoes with the fixins, roasted veggies, and Jersey corn on the cob.

Finished the evening with ice cream and a campfire.

I'm so glad we got to come visit from a safe distance! We miss everyone so much that it was great to see some faces in person and not just from a zoom screen!
