From Yuengling Lager Jogger FB page:
We are aware of the CDC recommendation that all events larger than 50 people cancel for the next eight weeks. We will be speaking with local officials and will communicate with our participants as soon as possible any changes or updates to the race. Thank you very much for your patience at this time and understand that we may not be able to reply right away.
This has obviously been a very tough week for runners, event directors, and anyone else in the events industry, in addition to the health care workforce and everyone else in the world, and we will be sure to do our best for our participants moving forward. Yuengling Brewery is taking additional preventative measures in its brewery and gift shop. We continue to follow the guidance of local, state and federal agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Pennsylvania Health Department to implement any necessary plans and protocols for the event.
Public safety is paramount and it will continue to be our top priority as race weekend approaches.
Our hearts go out to those communities and families that have been impacted.

LAGER JOGGER CANCELLED
I have left a message with the campground to see what their plans are and will keep you updated.
per an email received from them today March 24th:
DearLager Joggers,
Thank you for your patience as we’ve been exploring uncharted territory amidst the COVID-19 rapidly evolving developments.rnThe Center for Disease Control (CDC) has recommended that all gatherings and events larger than 50 people be cancelled for the next eight weeks. In accordance with the CDC’s recommendation and state law, we are forced to make this most unfortunate of announcements: we will be postponing the 2020 Yuengling Light Lager Jogger 5k which was scheduled to take place on April 25, 2020.
Withan event our size, we are simply unable to practice the proper safe social distancing to keep COVID-19 at bay. We are working with local officials, the Mayor’s Office, Yuengling and others to select a date for the postponed event and will release this information as soon as we are able.
Thankyou for understanding as we navigate these difficult times. This is an evolving situation and details are still being worked out. We have been feverishly planning for this race since the summer and it breaks our hearts to have to postpone our favorite day of the year. We know you have all been looking forward to this day just as much as we have.rnOur hearts go out to those communities and families that have been impacted by COVID-19.rnIn the meantime, we look forward to running for Yuengling beer again with you along Mahantongo Street some day soon. We will send along more information about the new race date and additional details as soon as they are available.
To our LagerJoggers and your families near and far, stay well and stay healthy.

Just spoke with Michelle at the campground. She's very nice and really willing to work with anyone who has concerns.
They campground will officially open April 10th and they will be open because they have some monthly sites that electrical workers stay at, so since the electrical workers are considered essential, having sites for them is considered essential.
That being said, the restroom facilities will NOT be open. They are only taking reservations for self-sufficient campers. ie: you have your own toilets and washing ability. Their laundry facility will be open as are their trails. Game room will NOT be open.
They have a fully stocked camp store that will be open, they will limit it to five people at a time, but they're also willing to do delivery to your campsite if you're not comfortable coming into the store.
They are also willing to do curbside check-in and really be as "contact less" as you want to be. They said any questions or concerns you can call them any time. I had called this afternoon and left a message, and she called back within about 10 minutes.
I told her I would touch base with them again about a week into April to make sure nothing has changed. So the good news as of today is: LET'S GO CAMPING!!!!!
Stay healthy, wash your hands, & see you soon!
