October is super busy for us, and I am planning ahead. I will be in Kansas with grands from Oct 24-28.  So, whats the food story looking like? Can we start signing up gor food, tables, ez ups, etc?

We still need:

     *4 more TABLES,

     *3-4 peeps to help with Set-up at 3:45p on Saturday

     *3-4 peeps to help with Clean-up. (Bonus - you get 1st dibs on leftovers dance_gif)

Let us know where you can help...the countdown is on for Turkey Time!

Remember, dinner is always at 5pm for the Closer and Opener events.

We'll be collecting $ to cover the firewood and group-site. (Let me know if you'd prefer to Venmo it)
