We have a NTU 1968 Coleman CT280 since the end of August. Have been doing camp driveway a lot since then. We did take her out on an over nighter at our local SP last month. Aging dog was not a happy camper as the first frost hit us and the fact that it was her first time camping (she's usually kenneled). It was very nice to get off the ground for the first time and even though the temps dropped it was actually a tad bit warmer then a tent.
The popup is in pretty good shape, but showing her age. The vinyl is still the original green/yellow '60s flowers. Can't get the sink/stove/counter to stay up, even though we have put the bolt back where it belongs. Gas line has been cut and semi removed. No inside lighting at all. We did have to re wire the tail lights. Canvas, we are sure has been replaced and needs to be again. Some dry rotting at one of the lifts and we had to patch a good sized hole (10 incher at least) along the top edge seam. The previous owner patched it with a piece of felt, I don't think that would have kept much water out. I cut up an old pair of insulated coveralls and used some heavy duty ironing (designed for tents) stitchwitchery and sandwiched the canvas between the patches. Have replaced some missing door channels. Found the door window under a mattress and should be replaced, but I have no idea what the material is. It almost looks like a thick sausage skin
PO also cut a hole in the backside of her for a small window AC, we need to insulate and clean up that and do some TLC on her.
I've been working on some gear, a new chuck box and organization things
