What a time to introduce ourselves!
Laid out in Tucson after a double hernia surgery biting my days when we can get back on our hack (moto/sidecar) and continue our Journey which started a bit over 4 years ago criss crossing the Country. This incredible Country which has so much to offer when able to get off the beaten path...
A couple more weeks, three tire changes, oil change and regrouping meaning repacking and on the go again we will... Will post some recipes as I cook on the road quite often, travel without refrigeration (yes! it is possible and simpler...) using always the local fares, no processed food, always of course much nicer in the summer months when all the fruit and vegetables are out...
