I have found a tent trailer about three hours from me, I emailed the owner and was told the bearings need to be done which is about 150.00.....this is where the curiosity is peaked am I missing something, everything I have seen it looks like 50.00 should cover both sides. Its a single axel rockwood TT. If  the bearings are badly neglected what is the worst thing I am looking at? I used to have a boat and I replaced the bearing on that and don't remember it bein a big deal.
Thanks

$150 is about right if done by a dealer, if you doing it yourself and changing the races and the bearings, then $50 is about right also.

Yeah, $150 sounds right.  Every now and then you see a special for $100 per axle.
